Who We Are

Valerie Dass is a native of Norfolk, Virginia, who now resides in Tyler, Texas. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico as a singer and entertainer with a well-known show band based out of New York City. She then settled in Los Angeles to pursue a career as a singer songwriter in music theatre. She became involved in Television Commercials when her then five-year-old son landed a role for Head sporting equipment.

Valerie moved to Tyler, Texas in 1984 and became part owner and manager of a very successful gourmet coffee house. For over ten years, Country Coffee House served as a retail store, eatery and coffee bar featuring acoustic entertainment and unique cuisine.

Fayonne Alfaro moved to Tyler, Texas from Boise, Idaho in 2006. Leaving a 14 year career in the corporate world, she now works independently to provide technical writing, print media and web design to small businesses and the non-profit sectors.

Fayonne has promoted writers, artists, filmmakers and pet lovers including Tyler’s Own Fine Artists presentation of A.C. Gentry. Fayonne is active in the Internet movie project “Dreamer” and media artist for the upcoming Tyler Film Fest.
